Working within the Recruitment and Training sector in the UK, we found that the market was over saturated. So through networking and market knowledge we discovered a niche and developed it. Looking at the global economy presently and forecasting the future. We discovered that emerging markets such as Africa will be the continent to sustain the rest of the world because it’s a nation that oozes business opportunities across all sectors. We also noticed that businesses of various sizes have also identified the growing trend whilst doing their forecasts, and as a result have made moves to solidify some form of expansion in their operations. As a consultancy who has experience operating in both sides of the Atlantic, we felt that we would be in a great position to render our services to those who are breaking into the African Market and are new to the evolving trends of the developing region and those who are currently stable and need a consultancy to be their eyes and ears on ground.
